What counts as support time?
Support time may include administration, research, inbox handling, diary support, document work, reporting, data entry, CRM updates, file organisation, supplier contact and agreed coordination tasks.
The hourly rate is based on the agreed monthly support block. Unused time, rollover arrangements and priority response expectations can be agreed before the package begins.
One-off work
One-off projects and research support are quoted separately from £250, depending on the scope, volume, urgency, complexity and required output.
